Green Steam Products' Shuttle module provides automated back and forth running of a rail vehicle with timed pauses at each end of the track. A basic railroad power pack is all that is required to power this module. Station times are adjusted by a delay control on the Shuttle module in conjunction with your throttle setting. Pauses are adjustable for periods of time ranging from less than 30 seconds to more than 20 minutes! Installation requires an isolated section of track with rail gaps cut into one rail at either end. The gaps control where the rail vehicle will stop. All electrical connections to the circuit board are made to simple screw terminals. This module is designed to work with "N" through "G" scale DC powered rail vehicles drawing less than 3 amps.
The Shuttle module is useful for background animated operations on your layout. Typical uses include trolleys, streetcars, narrow gauge lines and mine trams. This module is also suited for animated holiday displays in store windows, on the mantle or under the tree.
